Jeremy advises on a broad range of both overseas and domestic clients. 

He has experience of advising non-UK resident individuals on the different structuring options available when purchasing UK property and their tax implications. His areas of expertise include UK and offshore tax planning (including advising on issues of domicile and the application of the UK statutory residence rules), creating and advising on the tax treatment of excluded property trusts and trust administration.

Jeremy also advises on the development and implementation of estate plans for both UK and non-UK resident individuals. 

His approach is to provide clients with clear and concise advice and to ensure that their estate planning objectives are achieved in a tax efficient manner.

Jeremy graduated from Durham University with an LLB in Law and completed his LPC at the College of Law in York. He trained at Forsters and qualified in 2013. Prior to joining Forsters, Jeremy spent a number of years working in the charitable sector.
