Polly Streather

Associate, Construction

Polly is an Associate in the Construction team, specialising in non-contentious construction law.

She advises a variety of clients in preparing and negotiating JCT forms of building contract, professional team appointments, collateral warranties, novation agreements and security documentation. Polly also has experience in carrying out due diligence in relation to the sale, funding and purchase of various types of real estate assets.

Before Polly joined Forsters in March 2021, she graduated from the University of Oxford, completed her training at Slaughter and May and then qualified into the construction team there in September 2019.
