Aldgate House & 125 Old Broad Street, London – City Developments Limited

We advise Singaporean investor City Developments Limited in relation to two office buildings in the City of London: 125 Old Broad Street and Aldgate House. In addition to advising on the real estate asset management work, we advise CDL on an ongoing basis in respect of construction projects including the refurbishment of lettable floors, works to “end of trip” facilities, reception refurbishment works, extension works and similar projects. We advise on the JCT building contracts, appointments with the professional team, sub-contractor warranties in favour of CDL and liaison with third parties, including delivery of warranties to tenants where appropriate.
