Bespoke Hotels acquires the Mill Hotel in Chester

Forsters’ highly regarded Hotels team has recently acted for long-standing client Bespoke Hotels on its long term lease of the Mill Hotel in Chester, following its recent sale.  The hotel has 132 bedrooms and a floating restaurant as well as meeting and events spaces, a spa and leisure facilities.

This acquisition brings the total number of hotels operated by Bespoke in the area to five, including the iconic Chester Grosvenor which Forsters also advised on.
