Forsters advise Cubex and Fiera Real Estate on the forward funding of their Halo office development in Bristol for £70 million

Forsters have advised Cubex and Fiera Real Estate on their sale of the 116,000 sq ft Bristol office development, Halo, for £70 million to Tesco Pension Fund. Prior to completion of the forward funding Forsters acted on the preletting of five floors of the building to law firm Osborne Clarke.

The 116,000 sq ft office building is currently under construction and once completed will be one of the greenest offices in the UK. The building, with a drone landing pad, rooftop-mounted photovoltaic panels and LED lighting throughout, is targeting a BREEAM Outstanding accreditation to meet advanced new sustainability assessment criteria.
