Forsters advise Wrenbridge and Buccleuch Property on Clapham Road acquisition

Forsters has advised Wrenbridge and Buccleuch Property on the acquisition of 25,000 square feet of grade A office accommodation at 330 Clapham Road.

The office accommodation is over seven floors along with ground floor retail and was constructed as part of a mixed-use development by Notting Hill Genesis.

Senior Partner Smita Edwards advised on the deal and was assisted by senior associate, Paul Grayson. Construction advice was provided by partner Sarah Cook, with assistance from associate Daniel Burr. Planning advice was provided by senior associate Matthew Evans.
