Paul Grayson
Senior Associate, Commercial Real EstatePaul is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Real Estate team.
He has a broad range of experience covering all aspects of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, commercial development and asset management work. Paul acts for major landlords, pension and investment funds and developers.
Paul graduated from the University of Sheffield with an LLB before completing the LPC at BPP. He trained at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and spent four years there following qualification. Paul joined Forsters in 2017.
Logistics – the future is sustainable
The logistics sector could be forgiven for becoming complacent due to the seemingly never-ending demand for prime warehouse space. However, the developers that operate within the sector are acutely aware that in order to remain on trend, the sector (much like the rest of the world) needs to operate in a sustainable fashion.
