"Trusts under the hammer" contentious trusts conference takes place in Barcelona

Head of Dispute Resolution Emily Exton and CTE partner Roberta Harvey are co-hosting the third Fresh Perspectives contentious trusts conference, this year entitled "Trusts under the hammer" alongside Andreas Zavos (Boodle Hatfield), Maxine Mossman (Clifford Chance), Jenny McKeown (Stephenson Harwood), Helena Berman (Stephenson Harwood) and Emma Jordan (Taylor Wessing).

The conference will take place on 12-13 May 2019 in Barcelona and will bring together over 80 leading solicitors, barristers, offshore lawyers and trust practitioners.

Emily and Roberta will also be hosting a session on “Protecting the trust: what should a new trustee do?” alongside Louise Hutton (Essex Court Chambers), Keith Robinson (Carey Olsen) and Alan Milgate (Rawlinson & Hunter).
