Family Partner, Simon Blain writes for Eprivateclient in an article entitled: Are the courts pushing back on prenups?

Following recent comments from two judges relating to cases involving prenuptial agreements, including Mr Justice Holman’s remarks that “I am not sure that these prenuptial agreements are in most cases slam dunks”, Simon discusses the circumstances that may result in a nuptial agreement not being upheld. Simon also highlights the importance of reviewing prenuptial agreements when there are significant changes to the family’s financial circumstances.

"Forsters have acted for me for some 25 years now. They have looked after all of my legal affairs over the years, conveyancing, litigation, enfranchisement, corporate, and personal with great care and professionalism.
