Simon Blain, quoted in the Daily Telegraph on the rise in ‘Silver splitters’

Family partner, Simon Blain, comments on the latest Office for National Statistics (ONS) that show the number of people divorcing aged over 55 has more than doubled. His comments were published in an article in the Daily Telegraph.

Simon observes that: “We are seeing an increase in the number of older couples deciding to divorce, and also the number of older people deciding to remarry. They’re coming to us for advice on pre-nups and assets and want to make sure they’re protected if their new marriage comes to an end.”
