Simon Blain quoted in The Times on the Villiers family law case

Family partner, Simon Blain's comments on the Villiers case have been published in The Times article 'Tug-of-war court battle between Scottish and English divorce begins'.

Simon comments that 'there is much to debate as to whether England should follow Scotland and introduce a fixed term for spousal maintenance'. He further explains that ministers are looking at whether England should be 'more rigorous in excluding assets from division which originate from outside the marriage'.
