Jo Edwards quoted in The Guardian on no-fault divorce

Jo Edwards, Head of Family, was quoted by The Guardian in their article 'Divorce blame game leads to futile court battles, new study finds'.  The article covered a new research project from the Nuffield Foundation about defended divorces, and more widely the absence of no-fault divorce in England and Wales and how it is forcing separating couples into needless litigation (or leaving them frustrated that they cannot dispute the grounds for divorce when they think they should).

Jo continued to call for an end to 'the blame game' and the wholly unnecessary process of fault-based divorce.

Jo's comments were also picked up by Grazia.
