James is a commercial real estate solicitor acting for a number of different clients (such as institutional investors, developers and property companies). Typically he deals with a broad range of commercial property work including landlord and tenant, site acquisitions and disposals on behalf of clients ranging from developers, property companies and private individuals to institutional investors work involves sales and purchases, landlord and tenant and associated management work but he is also involved with more complicated transactions including conditional contracts.
His approach is to provide clients with practical and commercial advice to ensure their assets and interests in property are maximised and protected. James often works closely with the planning, construction and property litigation departments at Forsters to ensure the clients receive a complete service
James started his legal career as a paralegal in the Commercial Real Estate team at Forsters, commenced his training contract in 2004 and qualified in September 2006.
