Natasha Rees quoted in The Times on the government’s leasehold reform proposals

Head of Property Litigation, Natasha Rees’s comments have been published in The Times article entitled ‘Radical plan’ for leasehold reform.

The article assesses what impact the government’s latest leasehold reform proposals will have on homebuyers and landlords.

In her comments, Natasha notes how the proposals “will upset landlords who stand to lose significant sums on their property portfolios”. Natasha also reiterates her sentiment that such complex legislation is likely to take “at least a year” to come into force.
