Alexandra is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team and is an experienced and commercially-minded lawyer who advises on all aspects of non-contentious commercial real estate law.
She holds particular expertise in development projects and investment transactions within the office, industrial and logistics, retail and hospitality sectors. This often involves advising on the acquisition, disposal, development and asset management of commercial and mixed-use properties for family offices, high net worth individuals, developers, funds and property companies.
Alexandra works closely with our specialist Planning, Construction, Corporate, Banking and Finance and Tax teams, and enjoys collaborating to deliver the highest value to her clients – a mixed array of corporate buyers/sellers and borrowers/funders within the full spectrum of real estate asset classes.
Alexandra’s practice comprises all aspects of the property lifecycle, from entry to exit. She can advise on every stage of the transaction, offering advice to meet not only immediate requirements, but with an eye to the longer-term asset growth strategy.
