We’re pleased to share our Responsible Business Review 2025/26.
The review captures the progress we’ve made over the past year, provides an update on performance across our four Responsible Business pillars and brings our work to life through a series of impact stories.
This year’s review reflects a significant milestone in our Responsible Business journey. Eighteen months after launching our Responsible Business Framework, we have introduced a new Responsible Business Board to help embed responsible business more deeply across the firm and strengthen the connection between our strategic priorities and the impact we create.
Highlights from this year’s review include:
- Being recognised as a Top 75 employer in the Social Mobility Employer Index in our first year of entering the benchmark.
- Welcoming our first cohort of solicitor apprentices.
- Achieving a 38% reduction in carbon emissions compared with our FY19/20 baseline.
- Raising more than £23,000 for the Marylebone Project.
