When are opportunities available?
Business Services apprenticeships are offered in response to business needs across the firm, so opportunities may become available in different teams at different times throughout the year.

Do I need previous work experience?
Not necessarily.
We understand that candidates applying for apprenticeships may have limited workplace experience. We are interested in your potential, motivation and willingness to learn, as well as any skills and experiences you have developed through education, part-time work, volunteering or extracurricular activities.
Will I receive training?
Yes.
All apprentices receive structured learning alongside practical workplace experience, supported by managers, colleagues and external training providers where applicable.
Are Business Services apprenticeships part of the Early Careers programme?
Business Services Apprenticeships sit within our wider early careers offering, but they are managed separately by our Learning and Development team. If you have any questions, contact Bal Matharu.
How can parents and guardians find out more?
We understand that parents and guardians often play an important role in supporting young people as they explore their career options. Choosing a pathway after school or college can feel like a significant decision, and we want to ensure that families have access to the information they need to better understand the opportunities available.
