Ann-Marie is Human Resources Director at Forsters and plays a key role in shaping the firm’s people strategy. She is responsible for attracting and retaining talented people, supporting career development, and helping to foster an inclusive and rewarding working environment.
As a member of the leadership team, Ann-Marie develops and delivers HR strategies aligned with the firm’s long-term objectives and values. Her responsibilities include employee engagement, talent development, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning and wellbeing.
With more than 18 years’ experience in the legal sector, Ann-Marie brings extensive HR expertise and a collaborative approach to supporting the firm’s people and culture.
She leads a team of HR and Learning and Development professionals who provide support across reward, recruitment, learning and development, wellbeing and HR operations.
