Katie is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team where she manages all aspects of commercial property transactions, such as acquisitions and disposals of mixed use investments and freehold and leasehold properties. She also deals with on-going portfolio management and all other landlord and tenant matters, including management agreements and secured lending.
Acting on behalf of a variety of clients from high net worth individuals to institutional funds, family offices and overseas investors, Katie works closely with her clients both throughout the transaction and post completion to ensure their assets are maximised moving forward.
She has a particular focus on the restaurant and retails sectors in and around London’s West End, but supports a variety of clients with a number of assets across a broad spectrum of uses. She holds over ten years’ experience in the prime Central London property market so uses that experience to tailor advice to a clients’ specific needs.
Katie is passionate about training the future solicitors of the firm and has become a trainee supervisor, seeing her allocate work, provide feedback and conduct reviews.
