Peter is a Partner in the Commercial Real Estate team. He joined the firm in 2010 and has a wide range of experience in all aspects of commercial property, including sales/acquisitions, mixed-use developments, landlord and tenant work, geared leases, rights of light and “sustainable” initiatives including electric vehicle charging deals.
Peter specialises in work for funds – in particular, Swiss Life Asset Management and Columbia Threadneedle – and Central London estates/endowment funds including The Mercers Company and The Corporation of Trinity House.
Peter has an ability to avoid ‘legalese’ and provide succinct ways around problems, whether in redevelopment, sales/acquisitions or traditional asset management. With 15 years of experience in the field on a wide range of projects, he is adept at finding solutions to any issues that might arise.
He has acted for clients on a flagship London redevelopment, and a range of logistics and mixed-use office and commercial projects.
