Charlotte Mashhoudy
Senior Associate, ConstructionCharlotte is a Senior Associate in the Construction team, specialising in non-contentious construction law.
She advises a variety of clients, including developers and institutional investors, in drafting and negotiating consultant appointments, collateral warranties, novation agreements, surety documents and amendments to JCT forms of building contracts. Charlotte’s experience also includes assisting the Commercial Real Estate team in carrying out due diligence exercises and producing reports for purchasers and funders.
She graduated from the University of Leeds in 2012 with a degree in History. Charlotte then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, before completing her training and qualifying at Freeths LLP in April 2018. She joined in May 2019.
