Daniel Bryan
Counsel, CorporateDan is Counsel in the Corporate team.
He is highly experienced in acquisitions, disposals and investments and his experience covers trade, private equity and venture capital.
While he is experienced across several sectors, his focus is on technology and all which that encompasses. He acts with angel investors and start-ups on financing rounds, advises companies on day to day matters, and deals with acquisitions and exits on deals worth several million to hundreds of millions. This includes working with clients in everything from artificial intelligence through to digital assets. He also has experience in several other areas, such as distressed acquisitions, corporate real estate, and life sciences.
A significant amount of the work that Dan is involved in is international, reflecting the global nature of the sectors in which he operates. He regularly works with local counsel, and overseas teams, partnering with the wider team to pull everything together in line with business objectives.
Dan joined Forsters in June 2017.
