Senior Associate, Commercial Real Estate

Grace is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team.

She has a broad range of experience covering all aspects of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and asset management work. She represents a variety of clients with a focus on institutional pension funds and investors with a particular focus on the development and financing of student accommodation.

Grace is a part of Forsters’ student accommodation team and has advised on the development, financing and disposal of student accommodation schemes for UK pension funds and overseas investors.

She joined Forsters in April 2018 from CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang, having trained with CMS Cameron McKenna and qualified in February 2016.
