Helen Bravery
Counsel, Banking and FinanceHelen is Counsel in the Banking and Finance team.
She has a broad range of experience covering all aspects of banking and finance with a particular focus on real estate finance.
Helen has experience acting for both lenders and borrowers in both domestic and international transactions in relation to property investment, development and acquisition loans across a wide range of asset classes including hotels, warehouses, offices, pubs, data centres and residential properties.
Helen was promoted to Counsel in April 2023.
Helen trained and qualified as a solicitor at PwC Legal and prior to joining Forsters LLP in 2022, she worked in the Banking and Finance team at King & Spalding International LLP.
