Jayne Beardmore
Senior Associate, Private ClientJayne is a Senior Associate in the Private Client team, with a specific focus on Landed Estates matters.
She acts for farmers, landowners, developers and private clients in a wide range of property matters. Jayne advises clients on commercial, residential and agricultural aspects to include sales and acquisitions of agricultural land, property and smallholdings. She also acts for various Banks when lending to large agricultural estates.
Jayne has experience of dealing with the Farm Business Tenancies and Agricultural Holdings Act tenancy matters and surrenders, and as a member of the Strategic Land and Development team she frequently acts for landowners in negotiating Promotion and Option Agreements.
She read Law at Staffordshire University. Jayne trained and qualified as a Solicitor at Knights plc in Stoke-on-Trent and spent over 6 years there before relocating to London and joining Forsters in May 2020.
