Louise IrvineSenior Knowledge Development Lawyer, Commercial Real Estate
Louise is the senior knowledge development lawyer in the Commercial Real Estate group. She is responsible for ensuring that the group is kept up to date in relation to all relevant legal and market developments and general industry know how. She also maintains the group’s precedent bank. Louise is particularly interested in exploring how legal technology can improve efficiency and reduce risk within the team.
Louise works closely with the Business Development and Marketing team to provide support in relation to client pitches and other business development opportunities. She also writes and reviews articles and thought pieces relating to commercial real estate.
Louise has a strong interest in ESG and provides training and curates know-how documentation for the commercial real estate team on this subject. Together with Commercial Real Estate Partner, Victoria Towers, she works with clients to ensure their properties meet or exceed sustainability standards.
Louise trained at Taylor Wessing LLP, and qualified in 2007. She joined Forsters as a knowledge development lawyer in February 2016.
