Windsor Dials (Windsor One & Two), Windsor – Pension Fund client

We advised a long-standing pension fund client on the acquisition with vacant possession of the Windsor Dials development, and its subsequent redevelopment and letting, including a major pre-let of the whole of Windsor 1 which will serve as the global HQ for a major hotel operator. The buildings, now known as Windsor One & Two, provide two comprehensively redeveloped office buildings totalling 87,000 sq ft. Forsters also acted on the subsequent sale of the scheme.
