Forsters’ Rural team has successfully advised on the sale of Dunton Hills, a 551-acre site in Brentwood, Essex, to Lands Improvement (LIH).
Under the scheme, which has a Gross Development Value in excess of £480m, LIH will deliver 3,700 homes as master developer, providing a mix of housing types and tenures. The development will also feature a village centre with healthcare provision, community uses and a public square alongside new primary and secondary schools.
The team comprised Christopher Findley, Polly Montoneri and Harvey Tomes.
