Working principally on commercial real estate transactions, he specialises in development, investment and occupier work, advising clients across a broad range of sectors. Andrew also has particular expertise in the areas of extra care housing and build-to-rent.
Commercial and proactive in his approach, Andrew works closely with clients to find practical solutions to real estate transactional challenges. He collaborates with colleagues across the Construction, Tax, Planning, Real Estate Disputes, and Corporate and Commercial teams to deliver integrated advice tailored to clients’ needs.
