Natalie is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team and acts on a range of property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters and asset management. She represents a variety of clients including institutional investors, pension funds, property developers and retail occupiers.
Her practice includes working across the office, industrial and retail sectors where she is well-equipped to advise on every stage of the lifecycle of property assets, from the initial acquisition, subsequent asset management matters and ultimate disposal.
She has a particular focus on the later living sector where she has experience in the funding, development, letting and disposal of care homes. This interest stemmed from her degree in Politics where she studied the wider political context of the real estate industry; something that is particularly relevant now in her later living work where government policy and spending decisions have a direct impact on the development of the sector.
Natalie prides herself on approaching transactions with a commercial mindset and a focus on achieving the aims of her clients in the most efficient way possible. She enjoys getting to know the wider commercial impact of the transactions she advises on, and the commercial motivations and sensitivities of the clients she acts for.
