Philippa is a Senior Associate in the Construction team, specialising in non-contentious construction law.
She is experienced in drafting, negotiating and advising on framework agreements, consultant appointments, collateral warranties/third party rights, novation agreements, surety documents and amendments to JCT forms of building contracts.
Philippa advises a variety of clients in the construction sector including developers, funders, institutional investors and high net worth individuals. She adopts a friendly and authentic approach in her interactions with clients and colleagues.
Philippa rejoins the Forsters’ team after working in-house for an insurance mutual for architects.
