His experience spans a broad range of contentious trust and estate matters, including will validity disputes, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, disputes between trustees and beneficiaries, and claims involving professional negligence.
Sebastian trained at Forsters and qualified into the Trust and Estate Disputes team in September 2026.
