Tom is an Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team where he focuses on the acquisition, management and disposal of residential and mixed-use development for affordable housing providers.
This often involves advising on the due diligence for, and negotiation of, the acquisition of development sites, lease agreements relating to onsite commercial lettings, infrastructure agreements and other ongoing asset management matters.
Tom has previously acted for a broad range of clients including private developers, PLC housebuilders, land promoters and affordable housing providers, giving him an overarching appreciation of the key commercial, regulatory and legal considerations of his clients.
