Adam is a Senior Associate in the Rural Land and Business team, specialising in Landed Estates matters and high net worth clients.

He acts for clients on a wide range of rural property matters with particular expertise in the refinancing, sale and purchase of high value country farms, houses and estates with agricultural, commercial and residential aspects.

He advises on a range of other matters including negotiating easements and dealing with agricultural and commercial landlord and tenant matters that arise on estates.

Adam is a member of the Strategic Land and Development team and acts for landowners in promotion and option agreements as well as sale contracts conditional on the grant of planning permission for development.
