Senior Associate, Banking and Finance

Roisin is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance team.

She has a broad range of experience covering all aspects of banking and finance with a particular focus on real estate finance.

Roisin has experience acting for both funders and borrowers on a wide range of domestic and international real estate finance transactions, including both investment and development financings, acquisition financings and debt restructurings. 

She trained and qualified as a solicitor in Ireland at a leading Dublin firm. Prior to joining Forsters LLP in 2020, Roisin spent time in-house and has 8 years’ experience at a London City firm.
