Will is a Senior Associate in the Property Litigation team.
He has experience across a broad range of commercial and residential property matters. He has worked for a variety clients including high net worth individuals, institutional investors, developers, retailers and corporate occupiers dealing with possession claims, forfeiture, breaches of leases, business lease renewals, break clauses, dilapidations, restrictive covenants, rights of way and property insurance claims.
Will graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in International History and Politics before completing the GDL and LPC at the College of Law (now University of Law). After training and qualifying at Cripps LLP, he joined Forsters in November 2017.
The majority of leases in England require tenants to pay one quarter of the rent on 25 March with landlords typically being able to forfeit the lease by peaceable re-entry if the rent is not paid within 14 or 21 days.
