The role will combine hands-on engineering with stakeholder engagement, experimentation, governance and service transition. We work both in and out of the office in Marylebone depending on what is best for our clients, our team, our business and our professional growth.

Are we right for you?

We are looking for someone curious, pragmatic and delivery-minded who can turn emerging AI capability into well governed, useful services. You will be comfortable working with ambiguity, asking the right questions, challenging assumptions and explaining complex ideas in plain English. You will care about quality, responsible AI, adoption and the operational details needed to make agents safe, trusted and maintainable.
