We acted for HIG Capital and Canmoor on leasing, construction and planning matters at Anchorage, Salford, a landmark office estate at Salford Quays. Forsters then acted for HIG on the sale of the offices by way of a corporate disposal for c. £30 million, and the sale of another building at the estate to a BTR developer with the benefit of planning permission for residential conversion and the erection of a rooftop extension.
