We acted for Citi Private Bank on behalf of an ultra-high net worth individual on the purchase of Quilter House, Southampton, from an institutional fund for a price in the region of £25-30 million.

The site, which comprises over 108,000 sq ft of office space over 7 floors, is let to Quilter PLC for a further 10 years and is located very close to Southampton station.
