Walworth Town Hall has been a central point of Walworth since 1894, and we are proud to be advising General Projects on its restoration following a fire in 2013. Currently under construction, the aim is to repurpose the 50,000 sq ft Town Hall and adjoining library into a workspace for local creatives, aiding collaboration and co-working. The gross development value of this project is £25 million and will become the hub for events and activities for the local community.
