Forsters advises on landmark logistics deal in Kent
Forsters is delighted to have advised Wrenbridge and Bridges Fund Management on the full lifecycle of the flagship logistics scheme, Click Aylesford, a 300,000 sq ft development in Kent, which has now been successfully sold to DWS, a German fund.
Our involvement dates back to 2019, when we advised on the initial acquisition of the site on a subject-to-planning basis. Forsters advised throughout the development lifecycle, including financing, construction, letting (including pre-lets), and sale in 2025.
Click Aylesford was fully leased within six months of practical completion, with occupiers including Nutra Direct, Fixfast, RVT Group, and Headline Filters. The multidisciplinary team across Real Estate, Construction, Planning, Corporate and Tax was led by Victoria Towers and supported by Edward Glass, Cameron Turnbull and Dan Burr.
