Amy is a Partner in the Commercial Real Estate team and Head of Later Living at Forsters. She is known for her approachable, commercial and collaborative approach, and for helping clients navigate complex transactions with practical, common-sense advice.
Amy has a particular interest in the built environment and its potential to positively influence how people live. She has developed extensive knowledge of the care home and later living sectors and advises on the delivery of tailored, purpose-built housing designed to meet the needs of older people and their families.
Amy has broad experience across the full range of real estate matters, including development, acquisitions and disposals, financing transactions, and landlord and tenant issues. Her later living expertise includes advising funders, investors and operators on the property aspects of acquiring, financing, managing and disposing of sites, as well as lease negotiations and portfolio management.
Amy values the collaborative culture at Forsters and has built strong relationships with colleagues across the Construction, Planning, Corporate and Tax teams. This enables her to bring together multidisciplinary teams to provide clients with joined-up advice tailored to their objectives.
