Helen is a Partner in the Commercial Real Estate team and Head of Build to Rent (BTR). She has extensive experience advising on complex real estate transactions and developments, with particular expertise in large-scale build-to-rent, mixed-use, leisure and commercial projects.
Helen is known for providing clear, practical advice and for taking the time to understand her clients’ strategic priorities and the challenges they face. She works closely with clients to help projects and transactions progress efficiently from inception to completion.
She has advised developers and funders on a wide range of significant developments across the UK, particularly in London. Her expertise spans complex development projects, development finance and large-scale regeneration schemes.
Given the scale and complexity of the matters on which she advises, Helen regularly works alongside colleagues from across the firm, as well as clients and external advisers, to deliver coordinated advice and successful outcomes.
