Henry Cecil
Partner, Private ClientHenry acts for a wide variety of landowners and estates and in addition he has a number of trustee roles.
He focuses on property work predominantly in relation to the purchase of estates, farms and country houses and related property issues. He also has involvement in a number of London-based property transactions. Additionally, Henry advises clients on succession and estate planning matters.
From his professional and personal involvement managing estates, he is often able to use his personal experience and knowledge for the benefit of many of his clients and empathise with their concerns. Henry also acts for clients in relation to planning promotion and development agreements.

The impact of the global response to coronavirus on farming has added another angle to the already complicated debate around the future of farming in the UK.

Like all businesses, rural estates and property owners are suffering from the coronavirus-induced economic slowdown. They should, therefore, continue to make the most of the economic support available from the government.
