We acted for the Santander Pension Fund (LaSalle) in the disposal of 1-4 Connaught Place, London. The building was sold to the freeholder, the Church Commissioners for England, for £28 million, in August 2022. 1-4 Connaught Place is a 43,458 sq ft end-of-terrace office building consisting of accommodation arranged over the lower ground, ground and five upper floors. Situated on the southern side of Connaught Place with far reaching views of Hyde Park, the building is within close proximity of Oxford Street to the east and Connaught Village immediately to the north. Occupiers include C M Lemons & Co and Signia Wealth.
