Our specialist Construction team has been advising on the extension and redevelopment of a 1930s building in West London that aims to honour its history while adding to its unique character. Construction includes a two-storey extension to the top of the building, a three-storey extension to the rear and a new reception room as well as extensive fit-out works. With works underway, Brook Green will soon become a 120,000 sq ft office space with a gross development value of £147 million. Forsters are now advising on its sale.
