We acted for LaSalle on the £45.2 million sale of 27 and 1053 Great West Road to Areli Real Estate/Tikehau Capital. 27 Great West Road is one of West London’s landmark office buildings, known as “the Sega building” due to the large Sega sign and “Sonic the Hedgehog” image on the side of the building.
Consisting of 118,000 sq ft office space across the two sites, the buyer intends to redevelop a mixed-use scheme including six 23 storey high tower blocks.
