Next PLC HQ, Enderby (Leicestershire) – Pension Fund client

We advised a long-standing pension fund client on the purchase and leaseback of the Next PLC HQ development in Leicestershire. The site, totalling 334,000 sq ft of predominantly office space was acquired for £48 million.
