Our Banking and Finance, Corporate and Commercial Real Estate teams were instructed to act on the financing of a high-end portfolio of luxury hotels situated across multiple European jurisdictions. We have had a long standing and strong relationship with the client and have assisted them over the years with various amendments, extensions and increases to their financing arrangements as well as other ad hoc projects.

Our Banking and Finance team recently negotiated a complex facility agreement and led the transaction as well as project managed tricky overseas aspects including navigating various issues around the local law formalities for entering into and perfecting security documents and the timing for doing so.
