We are the sole advisor to the Duchy of Lancaster on the development and letting of SavoyStrand, 105-109 Strand.

SavoyStrand is a refurbished mixed-use scheme, offering 35,000 square ft of office accommodation over eight floors, as well as ground and basement retail/hospitality, and is now fully-let to a range of tenants including CVC, John Lyon’s Charity, Socar Trading, Palmerston Capital Management, RE Capital, Longview Partners, Axiom Infrastructure, and ‘Oche’, a speciality darts venue.
